We Ship to the United States only! We ship all IN-STOCK orders within 5-7 business days from the date ordered. We will notify you by email if your item is out of stock or taking longer than expected. We pack and ship orders Monday-Friday 8-5, no weekends, and no holidays. We ship through USPS. USPS is the more affordable shipping option. Our packages reach their destination in 2-3 days from the date shipped, this does not include order processing time. Please make sure that the mailing address is correct. If we have to reship due to receiving a wrong mailing address we will recharge shipping. You will receive a email with your tracking/delivery confirmation number once shipped. This number can be used to verify delivery of your package. This form of delivery verification is valid proof of your receipt of merchandise associated with the specific tracking number. There will be no signature confirmation. When purchasing from this site, abeautifultanstore.com, you are agreeing to these terms.

We cannot refund lotions for obvious reasons. However if it is damaged in the mail, please notify us by email.

We understand that you want your lotion fast and we will try to get it to you as soon as possible, If it has been over 10 days please feel free to e-mail us to check on it, especially if you have not recieved a tracking #.
