A restocking fee (15% of products) purchase price) will be incurred for any packages returned to absolutetanninglotion.com for non-delivery, or cancelled orders and includes refused packages. Along with the restocking fee the cost of shipping will also be deducted from the amount refunded. If you would like your package resent, we will gladly do so, but will charge you the cost of re-shipping.
Incorrect orders:
We will correct our mistakes. If incorrect items or number of items are received we will send out the correct products ASAP and a return label to return the incorrect order. We will not make a refund. Mistakes do happen and we will correct all errors on our part and be responsible only for additional shipping fees after the first shipment.
